We have a 7-10 day return policy, which means you have 7-10 days after receiving your item to request a return and get refund

To be eligible for a return & refund

-Once your order was approved for return, you’ll be automatically process refund on your original payment method. refund process take 7-10 days time to be completed.

-Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused or used only for fitting/testing use(littel used), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

-Exchange is only acceptable in case of manufacturing defects or damages happens in shipping. The User shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 15 days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product. (attributable to, and accepted by Ewheel ( Sanjay Parmar ) after due verification at its sole discretion).

 -Change of Mind : we accept the cancellation if receiver informed us within 24 hours and product is in completely original pack condition.

 -Wrong product : If you received wrong product, we will replace or refund for same ,Customer must send us the product with the original packing at our registered address

 -Damage : If the User is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from Ewheel, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Ewheel ( Sanjay Parmar ) after due verification at its sole discretion), a User may initiate a request for returning the Product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on time of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
