   I like the product very much. it is a robotic one. It is now part of my life. Where ever I go, I accompany with him. He is my best friend. However be cautious to buy cycle through online. I am facing post purchase services fron the available outlets. The outlets are denying the product service.

   Value for money. But deducting one star because Its not easy to assemble by yourself as brakes tyre alignment and quality checks are not done by hero which they can do before shipping. I also find out a leakage in air valve on a new tyre which I HAVE TO GET FIXED and that could have been done by Hero company before shipping. But cycle is good in balance and riding quality and I recommend to buy. But if hero can improve on quality checks before shipping that would be great for consumer. Also send a assembly guide with cycle as a diy

   I am using this bicycle daily for going to my office. The bicycle has a great look. People asking me on the roads about the bicycle price.Cycle works well in the tough road of Jalgaon and hence it is rugged in construction. Bicycle is too uncomfortable on the road.All the jerk would directly pass down to you causing pain. I have to buy a separate shock absorber costing around 3k.Support team of hero is also horrible they don’t reply to queries through mail.The speed of the bicycle is 25 km/h and I have confirmed it.I haven’t confirmed the max distance it can go but I travel daily 16 kms (up and down) to my office and the battery never fails.Gears work but they gear shifting is not smooth but they do the job.Brakes are not as powerful as they should be for disc brake.Welding is not smooth and when I recieved the product brake was misaligned and one of the cover in back wheel cycle axle came out. Which I have fixed it.

   This cycle is very uncomfortable to ride, also there is very leee information provided on how to unpack and tighten the screws.
