The cycle has good performance betterthan average but like most online products that look economical, comes with compromise on quality of certain parts. But the post purchase service in terms of reimbursement is good.

Sharing my experiences, I bought this cycle for my son, the delivery came a week earlier than expected, bike was simple to assemble hence I assemble it myself, after one day use gear downshift stop working, I contacted their support and revive very good treatment on post sale support, they advice me to get it check from local vendor for fine tuning. I did that and it’s all issues are resolved, since then no issue, 4 star as of now as I have used it for just 4 days, will upgrade later based on long term Experiance.If you are looking for good bike with both disk break and 7 gear this is it, just do not assemble it yourself, as post assemble some fine tuning is required which need to be done by professionals, thanks to OMO, ride safe.

Got bicycle 1 week back.Easy to assemble, people have uploaded videos over YouTube as well.Was facing issues with seat (moving in ciruclar motion and going down after I sit on it).Initially I thought it’s faulty but it turned out I was not fastening nuts and bolts tightly. After fastening no issues.Gear(Shimano) shifting is ok.Front Suspension is good.Delivery took almost 45 days. But customer care executives are helpfull so no hard feelings.

I purchased this cycle because I want to be the change in my society. I want to be an example that everyone can ride a bicycle. There is a mentality in India that only kids and poor people rides a bicycle. In order to change this mentality, I bought OMO bicycle. It is not just unique, but also very comfortable to ride. I would recommend it to everyone.There’s just one problem that I faced.. it’s 1st and 2nd gear aren’t working properly. Otherwise, this is a great buy. Getting the seat up catches everyone’s attention on the road. Plus, I am the only one in my hometown to own an OMO bike. So that’s an amazing feeling.

Bike build quality is very Good.Especially the front suspension.At some places you can clearly see the weldings, which impact the overall look of the bike.Also the seat holder is not that good, if the seat is elevated, sometimes it automatically slides down when the bike bumps on speedbreakers.I received almost all part in the box, except the bolt for rear mudguard’s nut.

The bike quality is good but be prepared to get it assembled by a cycle mechanic before using. Living in a remote location I had to tune the gears, perform wheel truing myself. The wheel/rim needed extensive truing which indicated the shabby pre assembly at the factory. Price is not justified for such after sale effort. Never buying cycle online again.
